    Using default Meeting Agenda Form

I have modified the default form to fit our weekly manager meeting outline and that seems to work well.  Each week we have a new form with agenda and minutes views.  My question is that a big part of our form (in both agenda and minutes views) are the action items we complete.  Is there an easy way for a novice programmer (me) to take the action items we complete in the minutes view and copy them to the agenda view of a new form for the next week's meetings.  Right now I am do a "save as" to make a copy of the form, then retyping all the changes in for the next meeting agenda. Thanks to all.

Yes you can create the ability to template and it probably does not require coding.

If you make the items shareable. Put them in a database table, and then pull them into a new form.  You can make your form very modular and have your components updated externally and then have your form consume these or have the option of selecting these stock items.

You can also make the save as process available from code to automate it.
