Not sure how you got into that state... but the XPath is invalid, which is why you are getting the error.

..[1]/my:GroupAction[1]/@my:Progress

You can't have the filter "[1]" on "..". These kind of filters only work on valid node names.

".." only goes up the tree [1] anyway... so a valid XPath, from what you've shown here, would be:

../my:GroupAction[1]/@my:Progress

I can't open this file in Info path is there anyway to fix it?

If you have an XSN, rename it to have the .CAB extension instead of .XSN extension, and then extract all the files into a folder.

Once you have all the files extracted, you can manually change the XPath using notepad.

If THIS was the reason you could not open in InfoPath, then you should be able to now. To do so, right-click the manifest.xsf file and choose Design. Then save your form template as an XSN again.
