InfoPath Dev

I have a Infopath Form and are trying to create a Signature (Digital) Section at the botttom of the form.  This section would contain 3 signature blocks each containing a comments and accept and reject checkbox option.  I know I have to create a group in the data source but are having difficulty.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks !!
