Hi

 I have 1 line text box, my users key in 100 lines of text. When it prints out, it only shows 1 line of text. How do I display all the text that users key in? This is web-form.

Two choices: 1) set your text box to auto-expand, 2) Create a print view that allows that field to expand as needed.

will this just give me the vertical bar and 1 line of text?

Right-click your text box and choose Properties.

On the Display tab, select the Wrap Text check box.

In the Scrolling drop-down, select Expand To Show All Text.

Now your users will see everything they typed in. The text box will expand vertically to show all lines of text.

this is web base form, not client form.
