I want users to be able to fill out a web services form, but not view everyone elses completed forms.  I have created a custom default view that filters to only show forms filled out by the current user.   But I see no way to keep them from just creating a new personal view which allows them to view all.  Please let me know if there is away to disable a users abilty to create or change views.  Or if there is any easier way to keep users from viewing forms that others filled out. Thanks.

That is one of the challenges with Sharepoint is granular security.  I do not think there is a way without using multiple libraries but then its a pain for those who can see all.

I typically secure my forms in SQL where you can have very granular permisisons, down to the document level.  There is also a SharePoint web part for documents secured by SQL which will only show those forms which they have permission.
