    Hi I was hoping that someone can give some guidance.

    I have a drop down menu which contains ID numbers (pre-populated from a sharepoint list using a secondary data connection) of machinery. Additional on the same form I have a repeating table that will be used to display the maintenance history of a piece of equipment, the maintenance history is stored in a separate sharepoint list.  So what I want to do (you may have already guessed) is to populate the repeating table given what is selected from the drop down menu.Any help with be appreciate,Cheers,Ben

    Hi Ben.

     

    With SharePoint and secondary data connections you cannot actually query the second list.  The best you can do is load both lists and then use a filter. So on the second you would display with conditional formatting just the records that matched the selection from the first.
