Active Directory user name field populated to Sharepoint Document Library?

    Hello all,

Is there any kind of Control in InfoPath 2007 as Active Directory User Name control?

To simplify, what i am trying to do is to have a Control that called: Assigned To in InfoPath 2007 which i will populate into Sharepoint Document Library and in this field (if can be a drop-down list, can be great) i will have some choices like names of managers.

Then, when a manager will click on the Document Library in sharepoint, the view will be Assiged To = [Me] so he can see if there is something assigned to him.

Any suggestions will be glady appericiated :)

    Thanks in advance

You could create a custom list with this data but then you have to admin it for changes.

There is a contact selector control in 2007 now.

Or you could use an Active Directory Web Service to ID the current user and lookup their manager from there.
