InfoPath Dev

Got a web form that I wanted to use Position() in and it tells me that it is an unsupported xpath function.  Is there another way of getting the current row in a repeating table on section?

Depending on what you're trying to acheve you can use the count function instead:

count(preceding-sibling::my:<RepeatingGroupNodeName>) + 1

For example, this can be used to give a repeating table alternating-color rows

This didn't work for me...Doesn't this "count(preceding-sibling...)" store the sequential autonumber in a field? All I want is show the row number (position() would work perfectly)...
