Repeating Table Has Initial Blank Row

Hello there guys, I have a repeating table made up of a drop down box, 4 text fields and a checkbox in InfoPath 2007.  Basically the problem lies in that when the form is loaded a blank row is automatically added to this repeating table which I can't have for various reasons.  I have gone to Tools->Default Values and unticked the repeating group and all it's fields that are mapped to this table but to no avail.  I'm not sure if it's related to the drop down box being populated by some imported XML.  Is there an easy way I can prevent the table from displaying a default blank row?  The odd thing is, initially the table had a drop down box and one text box and then it worked fine, there was no initial blank row but since I added the extra fields and checkbox the problem has appeared.

I would really appreciate any suggestions, thanks in advance!

You could try adding it again fresh and see if that clears it up.  Just drag another one on to your view and preview.  It may have gotten something in it while you were adding and removing controls.

Also you can use conditional formatting in the display properties to hide blank rows.
