open form in diff view (infopath2003)

    Hi

After I submit the form to sharepoint list, I'd like to open the form in new view. Is it possible? Readonly or just text. Is there a website show me how to to it?

    Thanks

You would need a second view which is read-only or what ever you wanted.

Then you need a field in your form to track the state of the form, submitted or not.  There may also be a field which would be blank on a new form and has a value after submit, this would work for detecting whether the form was new or submitted. Once you have your conditional, put a rule in the open rules, found in form options, which has the condition and if true switch views.

This will give you what you are looking for.

How do I keep track whether the form submit or not? Set field at the submit action will not work, cause I have 2 require fields if they only key in 1 field and click submit.

It'll set my field as submit, when it's not. Is there a way?

    thank you for your help

If you have no existing field, then I would add a field, which is false by default but when the form is submitted is set to true.  Then in the open rules if field is true switch views.
