Conditional formatting of a list to see only the last item

    Hello all

I have an InfoPath with Repeating table that contains: first name, last name, id, city.

I want to filter the list that it will show me only the last item that i added (i.e. the last person that i added).

Can't find how to do it with conditional formatting because i need another control that makes the filtering when i choose something.

Does anyone have any idea how to do it?

    Thanks in advance,

    Tal Winter

Typically I would use the Max function on the ID field.  Usually the ID is incrementing and the last ID would be the highest number.  Otherwise you might want to look at adding a field to the table, which was hidden but could be used for performing this logic. Either an increment field of a flag field which on insert would remove it from the previous row and add it to the new row.  Another option is to have a field in your form which keeps track of the ID of the last insert. Then you can show the row where ID equals the field.

something like if position() != count(number(position)) than hide could also work.

or position() != last(), if you're into the whole brevity thing.
