Hi

I have a table that has 40 items in it and then I have two other columns with estimated vs actual quantities.

Now the estimated vs actuals are drop down lists. All 80 of these drop down lists have the exact same information in them. I have copied the lists so I did not have to make them one at time but now I get this error. (Control stores duplicate data)

How do I make this go away or how can make these drop lists without having to do each one at time. I do not get paid hourly here I need to expidite this process if possible.

It seems you have copied the drop down and pasted it. In this way it copies the control.
You can right click on the second drop down and change binding and connect it to its field in the datasource (If you have already inserted) else Add another dropdown element in the datasource and connect it to it.

"Control stores duplicate data" is not an error. It is only informational. It just means that you have more than one control bound to the same data node in your schema. Sometimes this is good.

This is just telling you that if you aren't careful how you present the duplicate field, that the user might enter one value into one copy and then overwrite it with a different value in the other field.

Is there a way to add more than just one record at the time? I have several text box controls that go in the same database field and it repeats all the way down of the form. Imagine I need to add Name, age and address all the way down (without clicking on repeat section). The idea is to add 10 or 100 like this 3 fields and then just click the submit button and udd all those 300 fields.

Something like this:
