I am creating the Windows application which will read the Infopath file(.xml) textbox value and show in the windows forms.
Can any one help me to solve this problem.

You will use regular file I/O operations to get a stream from the XML file that you are trying to read. Then you can parse it using one of the XML parsers included with .NET, try this one for starters: http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.xml.xmltextreader.aspx
