Submitting Form Data using code behind in Infopath 2007.

    Hi Everyone,

Here's the issue.  We have a webservice that we use to submit our form data because of some user security issues.  I have set it up successfully using the built-in submit feature in Infopath 2007 but My boss does not like the built-in submit feature because it does not match our theme for our sharepoint site so we want to use a custom button control to submit the form.  Unfortunately, I have had no luck finding any sample code that will do this.  Any help will be appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hey There.

Been on Vacation and getting caught up, but if you have not gotten this yet.

You can create a button and then have it be the submit and equate to the button in the toolbar. Or you can have rules which submit to your dataconnection and perform other actions too.

You may want to check out the Database Accelerator which allows you to submit data with much greater granularity in the security along with many other advantages.Qdabra Database Accelerator Suite Version 2.1 - Developer
