Im new to infopath so im doing this strictly thru the controls i have not edited the manifest, i have a repeating table problem is that when i import the form to the webservice anytime i add a new row it copies everything from the previous one. I have not set any rules or set it to copy is some bug within the webprovider. the field works great if i preview it in infopath it inserts new blank fields. Could anyone please give me some code and walk me thru it as to were to place it so that once i import the form it locks those fields to just insert a blank field...

That sounds really weird. You might try double-clicking on the repeating table and then clicking Rules to add rules that clear all of the fields as soon as a new section is inserted. This is all I can think of for now.

Otherwise, you might check the installation of InfoPath wherever this problem is occuring.
