Ok first off let me tell you guys, im doing all this thru the controls not extracting any files as im new to all this. I inserted a repeating section, inside of that i added a rich text field and a date picker field, anytime i go to add a new row it inserts the new row with the same data typed on the previous row how can I insert a new blank row? thanks in advanced.

Have you applied any rules to the date picker and rich text field? If I understand what is happening correctly, it sounds like you have some rule that is doing that.

No rules i just simply inserted those controls didn't touch anything, i must say this happens only when i import the form to the webservice. something about that service that has problems recognizing the default values straight from infopath, im having the same problem when using a rich text format. it works fine in infopath once i import the form the formatting goes away and treats it as a text box no more paragraph spacings. would i be better off editing the manifest and see if that works and im new so i wouldnt know where to start.
