If you're using VB.Net its

thisApplication.Quit(True)

The form has to be fully trusted of course...

If you open it from a doclib then it should automatically go back there. If you want to open it via code,

System.Diagnostics.Process.Start(URL)

What is "URL" parameter?

The parameter is whatever you set it to be.

dim URL as string = http://infopathdev.com

To set the form to be fully trusted, you'll have to create a certificate to sign it with.

Tools > Form options > Security

Hi, Shaun.

When I try to use "this.Application.Quit(true);" (I'm using C#) and my form is fully trust too,

The error is occured when I submit my web form.

An entry has been added to the Windows event log of the server.

Log ID:5337

This is my code.

FileSubmitConnection fc = (FileSubmitConnection)this.DataConnections["Main submit"];

fc.Execute();

this.Application.Quit(true);

Then I see window event log, I cannot found error description.

How can I solve this problem?

I'm sorry but my 7 year old probably knows c# better than I do so I can't help you there. Here is how I submit in vb.net. ( I think your submit code is causing the error)

Dim Submit As DAVAdapter

Submit = thisXDocument.DataAdapters.Item("Main Submit")

If thisFilename Is Nothing Then

thisFilename = Submit.FileName

End If

Submit.FileName = thisFilename.TrimStart("/")

Submit.Submit()

thisApplication.Quit(True)

I can't see the Quit method in the this.Application function, I have set the form to be fully trusted. Does anybody know why?

There is no Quit() nor Close() method of Application object in browser-enabled forms. (its not the same dll)

I'm searching an easy way to close browsers too.

Forms Services doesnt permit to use javascript in browser. You can use custom asp.net page which hosts browser-enabled form in a XmlFormView control. So embeding javascript to custom page and triggering from form's events, you are able to close the browser. But this solution is very indirect (and not suitable for my situation).
