InfoPath Dev

Hi all,

 I just started working on Infopath today and was trying to establish a working form for access to my records in msaccess and also use it for inserting records. The problem that I am facing is that I get no options to "Design a new form". Infopath only gives me an option to "Fill out a form". Even when I go to customize my toolbar and try to add "Design a new form" from there to the file menu, it disallows me to do that. What can be the reason for that. I am on Infopath 2003 SP2.

 Any help will be appreciated.

Hello

Did your Administrator disabled the Design form option. Do you have full permissions to design an Infopath form.
