Hello!!

 I have an infopath form that gains ID numbers from a sharepoint list. The problem is some of my ID numbers are duplicated. Basically i created a datasource, this enables the ID numbers to be displayed inside a dropdown box. However some of them are duplicated. Is there a way i can just get one of them to display?

Not natively.  Unfortunately you would have to filter your list to achieve this or write some code to dedupe it.

I think the follwing would be easier than writing code. It would be very easy to do with a query in SQL or Access so export the list and use a query with the SELECT DISTINCT statement in SQL to just pull back the DISTINCT values. Sorted Cheers
