Can this be done programmatically in c#?

If you have a base64 field in your form, you can load a file via C#, convert it to base64 and then populate that field with the converted base64 value.

Load your binary file into a byte[] array, then use string b64val = Convert.ToBase64String(array) to get the base64 string value. This value is then set to the file attachment field in your form.

thisXDocument.DOM.selectSingleNode("/my:myFields/my:Base64File").text = b64val;

Thanks for the reply, but Iam working with Infopath 2007 form. .text and Xdocument can use only Infopath 2003 right?!

It depends on whether you are using IP03 compatible code or not... If you are using the IP07 OM, then just select the node as you normally would and set the value to the base64 string. It's the same thing.
