InfoPath Dev

I have been searching for a solution to possibly host InfoPath within my .NET Winforms application.  My idea would be that I could use the code to send, recieve and manipulate the forms programmatically without having to actually 'open' InfoPath provided the user has it installed.  Can this be done? If so, would someone provide a little insight or direction on this scenario.

Note that you can only do it with InfoPath 2007 and not 2003.
