 I want in my code to access to specific SharePoint library Forms, and to open specific form that in this library(list).  (I will search it by specific parameter).

 

How can I do it? what is the code (javascript)?

You can use a web service to retrieve forms from a form library or you could also use the SharePoint object model to retrieve forms. The first is doable using script; for the second you'll need to use .NET code. Your question is too general to be specific enough.
