Tried to use connexion like _vti_adm/admin but it see mlike it only allow me to create a top-site, tell me I already have a site at that url. Does anyone know a way to create a subsite somewhere?

Let say I got a site names http://intranet/project/

and when I fil la form for a new project I get a site created like http://intranet/project/newprojectblablabla

You can create a new site during the publish wizard. In the dataconnection it does not have that option.

So if you publish to Sharepoint put in http://intranet/project/ it will query the site and display the form libraries or you can create a new one.  Once it is created then you can enter the url in the submit data connection.

Isent that just to create a new Library, I want to create a completly new Site.

I am confident it is not possible.  You can create a new form library but not a completely new site.  You have to configure that before hand.  I think mostly the functionality is this way since it would not be very common and there is a lot of information SharePoint wants when a new site is created.

There may be some way of creating a script for SharePoint to dynamically create a site but that I do not know.

Finally I was able to do it with the vti_adm\admin web service. But its really weird. I had to create a subsite under one of my site that I cant access too. Hes the root of all the new site I will create with that web service. But they become like new top level site so they are no more in the collection of my previous site collection. So they cant take the permission of their parents. If I try to create the subsite under one I have access to in my site collection it becomre unavailable. I get like an error there they tell me there is no page at that blabla url. So its weirdly done but its doable.
