I am using an XmlFormView to host an InfoPath form. My problem is that I can't figure out how hydrate the form with an XML document in memory and then extract that information from the form after the user has made their changes. The objects' interfaces seem designed to load and save from/to URIs.
I don't think I should have to create a document on the file system only to load it, and then save the document to the file system only to retrive it and then delete it.
The XmlFormView.XmlForm.MainDataSource.CreateNavigator() method gets very close to what I need, it returns a document containing the form fields and their values, but the document it returns conforms to a different schema than was specified when the form was built, so that XML document is not useful to me.
Is there a way to push an XML document into the form and later extract the modified document without loading/saving to/from the file system? How?
Thanks,
Jon
