    Adjusting lines in tables

When i 1st started creating my form i had no problem putting my pointer on the line within the table i wanted to move and i got the double-arrow cursor that let me grab any table line and move it up or down or right to left. But now, 1/2-way through creating my form, i can't move any lines in any tables - new or old. I dont get that double-arrow cursor. And i can't click on the little square that appears in the corner of a table taht lets you select the entire table.

Did i hit some sort of lock or something??

    Re: Adjusting lines in tables

Hi Sarah and welcome to our forum!
It might be because of a surrounding section. It might also be just an InfoPath designer issue. Sometimes, it helps to "export the forms" from the designer and open the view.xsl file in Visual Studio or notepad and look at the layout of the XSL and HTML that is being used to display the section.

    Re: Adjusting lines in tables

This is a known bug in InfoPath. The cursor for adjusting tables gets all screwed up. You found one fix, reboot. The other workaround is to pull up the table properties and adjust column widths in the column tab. That tab even lets you quickly go to the next or previous column to quickly adjust column widths in a table.
