There seems to be a lot of editing errors in Chapter 3, i.e., pg.107, "Figure 3-23 shows sample data source" when the actual figure shows a new button to add and pg. 99, step 1 "In Tools, click Data Connections" a form does not even exist at this point so the step is impossible. Have these been documented and corrected somewhere?
