When I do so, I get an error; "Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt." Then I attempt to do it again and Visual Studio gets almost all the way through the project creation process and stops with a second error; "System cannot file the file specified. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070002)"This is getting a bit frustrating. All I am really needing to do is move forward with my form and begin to add some custom code!Any help is greatly appreciated! 10-19-2006 07:05 PM In reply to Patrick Halstead Joined on 08-07-2006 Posts 5,112 Re: VSTO Not Functioning Correctly Mark as Not AnswerMark as Answer... Reply Contact Hi again,Just a guess but maybe you don't have the right write permissions on some temporary directory that VSTO wants to use to cache your project. Or, maybe it's just a VSTO+IP bug. :) Patrick HalsteadProject Manager at Qdabra 10-22-2006 03:08 AM In reply to BobMixon Joined on 10-16-2006 USA Posts 9 Re: VSTO Not Functioning Correctly Mark as Not AnswerMark as Answer... Reply Contact Patrick,Unfortunately that's not the case; these are my own development machines and I am a domain admin. I do all of my development in Virtual Machines.quote:Originally posted by Patrick HalsteadHi again,Just a guess but maybe you don't have the right write permissions on some temporary directory that VSTO wants to use to cache your project.
