Merging InfoPath forms via Sharepoint 2007

    Hello

I've got a Status Report built, and seems to be working well, but I have a couple of merge issues if anyone can help??

At the bottom of the form is a numeric field that each Tech can enter how many Trouble Tickets they did for the week.

For the merge, I'd like it to show the following:

    Tech1 - # of Tickets
    Tech2 - # of Tickets
    etc...

That field doesn't merge at all currently.
I have some other merge issues, but this one is the current bigger problem.

    Thanks for any help

    Hi Jeffrey,
Sorry for the delay. Have you tried a custom XSL? That can solve this problem without code, but may be easier just to add an OnMergeRequest function that does the calculations in code.

What is your expected merge behavior for this field? Do you want the merged form to show each tech's total separately, or do you want it to add them all together?

Also, in InfoPath 2007 you can specify many of the most common custom merge parameters directly through the designer UI without having to write a custom XSL. :)

As in the original, I just want it to show each Tech's name and the # of Tickets they closed.

And that's the number they are filling in.
Does it have to be some sort of "repeating" field?
