Javascript error in one view but not other

Using InfoPath 2007 I created a browser-enabled form template. The template has a number of text fields an a few drop-down fields who's drop-down items are populated from a data connection to a SharePoint list. Each of the drop-down lists have a couple rules behid them which set other fields in the form.

In the main view all the fields and rules run fine. In a second view, which has an identical layout, I am using the same fields from the data source including drop-downs and their rules.

In the second view, when you select a drop-downs item, it throws a javascript error:
"Object doesn't support this property or method"

At this point I do not understand why in one view the drop-downs work and on an identical view they throw the error. Even if I copy the drop-down control directly from the working view into the second view, the erros get thrown when a drop-down item is selected.

Anyone run it this at all...and if so, do you have a resolution?
    Thanks

    Hi Mike,
Sounds like a bug. I will send e-mail to MS.

    Hi again,
MS needs more information to be able to repro this bug. Are you adding a drop-down and then getting value into it through the secondary data source or the dropdown actually added as a control from the secondary data source. Most importantly there is no information on the controls inside the 2nd View and how they are added. You talk about the layout being identical but more information on the design of the form is needed. Ideally, please send us your XSN.

    Thanks!
