Please do a search in these forums about image issues. There have been some known issues when Internet Explorer 7 has been involved. Perhaps this is your issue too? If not, we might need more information to assist you.

There are some known issues in earlier version of InfoPath and IE7. The most definitive fix for this is to upgrade to InfoPath 2007 and IE7. Not the best answer, I know.
