    duplicates in template.xsf

    When i compile my solution using the VS tool kit it is putting a duplicate of href="manifest.xsf" at the ent of my mso-infoPathSolution tag. It doesn't show up there in the template version that is in my solution. Just in the Template.xml that is inside the .xsn. Any ideas on why this would be happening.
