    Call a web service with C# in VS2005

    Thanks Shiva,
    I followed your code as below:

    ------------------------------
    WebServiceAdapter2 myWebAdapter = (WebServiceAdapter2)thisXDocument.DataAdapters["AdapterName"];

    myWebAdapter.DOM.selectSingleNode("XPath").text = "myValue";

    myWebAdapter.Query();

    --------------------------------
    An error says:
    'Microsoft.Office.Interop.InfoPath.SemiTrust.WebServiceAdapter2' does not contain a definition for 'DOM'

    Could you give me an hint about it?

    BTW, the "XPath" should be the real field's path in data source?
    How to get this Xpath from data source?

    Thanks,

    Eugene,

    I didn't got it.

    :)

    Please explain it to me.

    For start i fave a form with one textbox and one button.

    I want to consume a web service with just one web method, the HelloWorld() method.

    I want that when i click on the button, the method to be colled, and my textbox to be filled with the string returned by the method.

    Can u give me some lines of code, please?
