    Web-service-InfoPath: repeated tables

    Hi, all.
First, sorry for my bad english.
I have a web-service. InfoPath gets dataset with EntetyStructure from web-service. In entity presents a fields, which are repeated values. When I drag dataset into the form, creates a "Repeat table" control, but option "Allow users to add or remove rows" is disabled. How to enable this option?

Hi Corsar, Welcome to the forum,

For secondary data connections "Allow users to add or remove rows" is disabled,
For main dataConnections "Allow users to add or remove rows" is enabled.

I hope this will help for you,

    Thanks.

I don't understand, because I have only one connection to the Web-Service which gets a dataset with one main table and few related tables with repeated data. Related tables - this is a repeated fields (tables) on the InfoPath form. What does main connection mean?

    Hi,
You can take main data connection, if you follow below steps,
1.Go start button and click on "Microsoft Office Infopath 2003".
2.On "Fill out form" window, Click on "Design a form".
3.View the "Task Pane" and click on "new form Data connection.."
4.Check the "webservice" radio button and click on Next.
5.select "Receive data" and clickon "Next".
6.Enter the webservice URL and click on "Next".
7.Select the method you want and click on next.
    8.Click on finish.

This is the way to take main data connection,
I hope this will work for you,

    Thanks.
