    How to handle parent-child tables?

I have a database with one parent table and many child tables. I have designed a WebServie based on those tables and defined constraints and relationships exatctly as databse.
    I have some questions:
(1)Because all child tables have non-indentifing relationship wiht parent table, there are a Primary Key(define by child table)and a Foreign Key(migrated from parent table) in every child table. How can I let the Foreign Key in child table automatically equal the Primary Key of it's parent table in InfoPath sheet?
(2)Because I desing this InfoPath sheet to submit application, so all infomation in this sheet are new to database, as result, both parent and child Primary Key(identity) begin from "0".But, in fact, database will assign a new Primary Key to all those table when I insert it.So how do I solve this problem?
