I have two problems with a Leave Request Form we need for our Office. I have a Main Connection with two Tables a Login table which has their staffs First Name, Last Name, Team etc. And a Leave Request Table which list all the request for leave made by staff.
The form is in several parts. The top is the Login ID , which is designed to populate a section with First Name, last Name, & Team.
The Second Section is for entering data for a Leave Request to be stored in the Leave Request Table. (A repeating Section).
The first problem is when I design the form to retrieve data in the first section from our database - Login table, based on their login ID I get everything that is in all their Leave request in the second Section.
The second Problem is , if I base the top section on a secondary connection, using the Login Table to retrieve First name, Last Name, team. I get the form fine, but when I process the form to e-mail to a Supervisor, the form arrives to the Supervisor with blanks in the Name & team Fields.
So I've got several things wrong here appreciate any help. Thanks.
