How do I retreive data from Database Queries, not just the Tables. I have special function fields in those queries and need to be able to retreive that dat to a form, add data to the form and then drop some of that data back to the database.

It's a Leave Request form, and we want to be able to show the staff their current leave balance, which is calculated in a database query.
