    Macros

    Hi Everyone,

Is there some specific way to get an Access macro to run everytime I submit a form to the database? I want Access to email results from a questionnaire to an email address and while this is relatively easy using macros, there seems no way to get the macro to run when infopath submits data. Any help would be appreciated!

    Cheers,

Instead of trying to run a macro within Access, you could implement this same functionality within InfoPath. When you submit your form you can put code in the same function that will also submit the results to an email address.

Also, do a search on this forum with the phrase "email code" to come up with a lot more useful information.

    Cheers Matt,
I'll follow those up. The thing being that I want to email a summary of the results of many forms being filled in, hopefully I may be able to forge some sort of compromise out of this!

    Cheers,
