OK here is the situation,

Access DB with personnel table (SSN primary key), dependent table (relationship with SSN key in primary and sponsor SSN in dependent table
Travel worksheet table with relationship with SSN in travel worksheet and ssn in personnel table, and travel table with perdiem cost for hotel and food.

one infopath form that allows users to update and enter their personnel info and dependents info

Problem is with form that is supposed to be used for travel request. Trying to get it where user enters ssn and pulls down their name, then where they can pull down locations and have per diem rates auto inputted for travel cost. Can't get the query's to work for auto populating the fields.

Ok I have gotten most everything working. There is one problem that I am having,

one table Travel Sheet with ----------
|location|
----------

and second table with look up for location and cost values for hotel and food rates.

there is a relationship between location in local lookup and Travel sheet.

Trying to get When user selects The location from a drop down menu, it will auto populate the hotel and food rate fields. I have tried creating rule set to do it but it does not seem to work. Anyone have any thoughts?
