For example I added atachments to my infopath browser-enabled form.
When I open it in browser, atachment go to the client machine and I can see it in Source of my html page!!! Is there a posibility to download file from server only when user click on atach, to open it ???

You could easily use links instead of attachments. You could even change attachments into links programmatically (by saving them as files and changing it into links) but that will require code and admin deploy.
