Hello, I have created a form to collect agenda items for a meeting held once a week on tuesday. When the forms are submitted to SharePoint they are grouped by meeting date and then sorted by start time. This makes it easy for the assistant to see the agenda for a particular day. The problem is that some agenda items are recurring. Currently the user enters and end date. How do I get the recurring topic to show up under each date grouping in SharePoint? I tried a repeating date picker, but only the first date shows. Is there a solution with out programming?

If you want to show the dates in the sharepoint library instead of the 1st date, do like this.

1. Click publish form and next
2. Select "to a share point form library" and click next
3. Create a new form library and click next
4. Give sharepoint site url and click next
5. Give Library name and click next
6. in the fields section select all fields.

and do this
Select the field of the date picker and below it a combo box "Choose a function to use on repeating data" is present in that choose the merge option and submit to sharepoint.

Fill out the form from the sharepoint and see the result.

You will get the result.

thanks for your speedy reply. I tried that already. It sees the combined dates as one value. SharePoint will not allow me to group on that field. Is there another way?
