InfoPath Dev

I have a form that submits just fine the first time but if I reopen the form from the SharePoint site and press submit again with or with changes I get "the file is in use by another application or user" but it's not. I can save the form to my desktop and resubmit just fine. I've tried googling and found a couple of people with the same problem and no answer either.

I was already using Submit and not SubmitData but it was worth a look. I did correct my problem so I thought I would post it incase any body else runs into this, which I doubt.
I have several Data Connnections in this form. All had the URL that was originally used on our SharePoint portal. (http:\\portal....). Before we released or portal we changed the URL by adding in the alternate URL setup and adding the new URL to dns. Well for some reason the old URL which still resolves to the same IP will not let me resubmit a form. So I changed the URLs in the data connections and it working again. Go Figure.
