Only 'Creator' can edit fields in form

Is there a way to make sure that only the 'creator' of an InfoPath form can edit certain fields once it is submitted to a SharePoint library?

    Hi susy,
We can do this by applying conditional formatting on the user role for the fields that should be editable only to the creator.

Sorry, but I don't understand how to do that. Do I have to add all employees to the user roles?

Create one user role as requestor/creator and fill it with the current user name when ever a user fill out/create a new form. And set the conditional formatting when ever the other then the requestor opens the form make the controls as read only which you want to make.

I hope it will help you.
