I'm getting an error when opening an Infopath form that has managed code:

Infopath cannot open a new blank form. The details are:

Form template:http://vdvs140/PMO/Project%20Initiation%20Prototype/Forms/template.xsn
InfoPath cannot open the selected form because of an error in the form's code.
Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.

I can open and use the form fine on the server just not from the desktop once the form was published to Sharepoint.

Did you try republishing the form to your desktop? Or was it just copied down. Published forms expect to be in a particular location.
