I have come upon a major road block in my form design, where users with the sharepoint access- Readers , Contributors are not able to submit the form to the sharepoint. The following error pops up- "The form cannot be submitted to the following location... The site may be offline, read-only or otherwise unavailable."
However users with administrator role can successfully submit the form to the share point portal. I am getting this error inspite of having the Service Pack 2 installed. Can somebody please help me? Obviously we cannot give admin roles to all users.

Did you change any permissions for the Contributor role? (you need Edit Items permission)

Does the IP form do anything special on submit, such as write into a db?

No i have not changed the contributor role... It has the edit permission as well.
My submit button is very simple, when the submit button is struck, the completed form is submitted to the share point portal. What amazes me is that users with admin role can successfully submit whereas users with only CONTRIBUTOR access are not able to.

Also i tried to manually upload the completed form into the same sharepoint portal with CONTRIBUTOR permission and it allows to. So i am clueless as to whats going wrong!
Any HELP greatly appreciated.

Just a hunch: could you try and set the trust level to Full (capital F) in web.config of the portal and try again?

It would be set to either wss_minimum as standard.

Hmm after re-reading your post im pretty sure your issue isnt related to Code Access Security.
