I don't know the answer to your first question, I'm sorry. But to your second question, much depends on how you are using InfoPath and SharePoint. Are you using SharePoint online, or on-prem? Are you using InfoPath Filler or Browser forms? If you are using SharePoint Online, and InfoPath Browser, my assumption is that they intend to remove or turn off InfoPath Forms Services on that date, so browser forms on SharePoint Online won't be available. If you are using InfoPath Filler forms (i.e. everyone has InfoPath installed), I would presume you can continue using them until InfoPath Filler no longer works on Windows, and none of us can guess when that might be. If you are using SharePoint On-Prem, it looks like the subscription edition will have InfoPath Forms services removed at the same time. Oh, and you also need to be aware of the end of life for SharePoint Designer Workflows - If you are using SharePoint Online, these will be removed from existing tenants as of April 2, 2026: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/office-end-of-support-blog/support-update-for-sharepoint-2013-workflow-in-microsoft-365/ba-p/3796299
