Dear Team I am having problem with changing current field Rich Text to Text. After I changed have public on SharePoint online, the Submitted form in the past can not see the text. Can you please let me know what is the problem and solution Appreciate for yrour support. Regards,

Hi - I'm not sure what you are doing to make this change. Did you change the field in the InfoPath form and then re-promote it? Your existing XML probably have XHTML in them - that may be a little messy to try to get that to now show up in your newly promoted column. Download one of your existing files and then open it in a text editor and you can see what the rich text looks like. At any rate, maybe you could provide some additional detail here? Thanks!

Is the field that you changed the business purpose? I can see the field in the XML has XHTML in it. Do your new forms filled out after this change display correctly?

Dear Ms. Hilary, Yes, the field is Business Purpose. For the old form, after convert, the text input in history do not appear. For the new input in new form, it okay. FYI

The only thing I can think of is to clean up the existing XML. Download it, and replace the XHTML with plain text, then reupload it. You may be able to do this with PowerShell instead of having to do it manually - how many existing XML do you have?
