I have employees signing and then submitting the signed form via email to me. However, I requested that the form be shown in the body of the email once its signed but it doesnt show the signatures. Is there a setting to have the signed form be sent to me once it is submitted? I am a beginner user of infopath.

Hmmm. I'm not sure of a way to work around this. Some controls just don't display correctly in email and it sounds like this is one. Maybe you could also include the form file with the email and just open the form that was sent?
