Hello according to attachment in my form there is repeated section (parent and child) and there is people/group field in the sections., I would like when i added Item in repeated section (parent or child) and submit form the people/group field for just submitted new item promoted. Now I am thinking about a solution with making another people/group2 field in the main and set value of that with value of new submitted item in repeated section for promoting. but i do not know how and also this solution is correct or no?

I would think promoting just the display name would be adequate, right? It looks like you have a "submit" button in the repeating section.... so perhaps you could add another field for the "latest person" and promote that. The new field should be in a non repeating group in the schema, and won't need to be on the form. Then when you click submit, set the new field to the current person / group in the section where the submit button has been clicked. Which person / group are you talking about here, the Manager Approval section? Or the External Approval?

Thanks Hillary Actually, External approval. Can I Use Next Approver Field in Hidden Group instead of adding another field? before I have used Next Approver field for Manager Approval section. Now i would like to use this hidden field for both Manager approval section and external approval section. Regards,

I probably wouldn't use the same field for both - unless you never need a value from both in there at the same time? Why not add an additional hidden field for the External Approval section?
