Dear All, Could you please help to check my form. As I choose WD is default value for Monday - Friday I also have other format is WE = WEEKEND - HL = HOLIDAY with Color format. As i check in Offline verison is work well, but when I public to Sharepoint online and select HL or other Code, it auto change back to WD. Could u pLS HELP ME

I published the form to my SharePoint online tenant - I had to remove the Contacts data connection and all the defaults associated with it - and this seems to work as anticipated. See screenshot. Not terribly helpful, I know....

The problem is: When I change anything and Submit, it okay. However after close form and reopen, it change back COde to WD.

Weird - I wonder if the calculated value on Day is causing the rule there to re-fire when a filled out form is re-opened. I'll see if I can repro this - sorry, but it will be next week :)

Thank you for reminding me! I have verified it is the default value on the "Day" field that causes this. When I deselect the checkbox that says "Refresh value when formula is recalculated" on the default value for this field, the issue doesn't reproduce. I would suggest instead of using a default value on Day, you use a rule on the Auto_Date field to set Day.

See attached. Instead of a default on Day, there are rules on Auto-date. Save the attached file locally. Right click and select design. Then you can preview and try it out.
