Do you want to display this message in a pop-up box? I think you will have to use code to put this functionality behind a button, but use these steps to make an expression box that computes this number:

    1) Open the controls task pane and insert an expression box.
    2) Click the function button the the dialog box that appears.
    3) Click Insert Function, find the count() function and click OK.
    4) Double-click to insert field and choose the repeating table that you want to count.
    5) Click OK.

I suggest using this method to compute the values because it is easier than using code. If you want to access this number in code you can put the calculation inside of a node and then reference that node whenever you need it (such as in the onClick event of a Button).

    Hope this helps!

    Hi V-Luchen,
Depends on the setting in SharePoint for the default view. The default row limit for the default view (and for all views) is 100. To change this to be greater, go to the SharePoint site, Modify Settings and Columns; click on the default view; scroll to the bottom and change the number of rows.
